They have a strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and are recognized for their client-focused approach and dedication to community.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their bankruptcy and commercial litigation team with a hybrid work schedule based in Trenton, NJ.Responsibilities:
- Work on bankruptcy matters, commercial litigation, and real estate/transactional work.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Draft legal documents, including motions and contracts.
- Interact with clients and adversaries directly.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- 2+ years of experience in real estate/transaction law.
- Admission to the New Jersey bar required (PA and/or NY admission a plus).
- Strong legal drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
