- Process payroll in Workday for payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and policies
- Maintain and update payroll configurations, earnings, deductions, tax rules, and business processes within Workday
- Perform payroll reconciliations and audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and improve payroll-related processes
- Generate and analyze payroll reports, supporting internal audits and regulatory reporting
- Stay up-to-date on payroll legislation and Workday system updates
