Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of virtual care and telehealth initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Create user stories and business rules to support agile development cycles.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure user-friendly telehealth solutions.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and support go-to-market strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in virtual health.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a similar role in healthcare IT.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Strong understanding of telehealth platforms and healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards and virtual health services.
- Familiarity with patient engagement technologies and remote patient monitoring.
