We are looking for an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our expert marketing team. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive marketing event project plans from inception to completion.Work with vendors to align resources and pricing.Create marketing events’ agenda and maintain marketing events calendar.Track event attendance and coordinate with sales team for event feedbackServe as the point person onsite for setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown.Track and report on registration numbers and other metrics.Place vendor orders and conduct detailed budget tracking.Willingness to travel as needed for events.Book event logistics and travel arrangements for the team.
