Remote Customer Inbound Relationship Agent (Entry Level)

About the Role: We’re hiring detail-oriented, motivated individuals to join our customer experience team as Remote Customer Inbound Relationship Agents. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving basic issues, and providing exceptional service — all from the comfort of your home. This is an entry-level position and includes paid training. No previous call center or customer service experience is required — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and messages from customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Listen actively to customer needs and provide accurate, timely information
• Help resolve basic issues or route more complex concerns to the appropriate team
• Record interactions clearly and accurately using internal systems
• Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship-building

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy; comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively while working remotely
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
