Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team within a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, contributing to various tasks that support the production process. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly line and overall factory efficiency. Duties
- Operate and maintain assembly line equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for the fabrication and assembly of products.
- Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse, including loading and unloading shipments.
- Follow safety protocols while operating forklifts and other machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly processes and mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and operating forklifts.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control during production tasks.
