We are looking for a part time, dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to work weekends and select weekdays, as needed, to help us make magical memories. • Must be reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with a sprinkle of magic and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information on event details and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and with grace.
• Stay informed on product updates and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to work weekends and select weekdays, as needed
