What You'll Do:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects and drive sales
- Develop and refine sales strategies to maximize results
- Work closely with the sales team to implement effective closing techniques
- Build strong relationships with potential customers to boost conversions
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM)
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Share feedback and insights to improve sales processes
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with high-volume outbound calling and strong time management skills
Preferred Skill:
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
