Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
