Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive content moderation on various platforms according to company policies and guidelines Review and assess user-generated content for any signs of offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries, complaints, and reports regarding content moderation Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and guidelines for maintaining a safe and positive online environment Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation Provide regular reports on content moderation activities and performance metrics Assist in training new team members and ensure a consistent approach to content moderation Fluent in Icelandic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in content moderation or a similar role Strong understanding of current online trends and user behavior Ability to assess and make decisions quickly while maintaining attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations Excellent organizational and time management skills Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Valid EU passport or ID Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Summer, Christmas and Easter bonus 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Fully Paid Training Good Salary Fully Paid Relocation Package ( flight, transfer and hotel ) Free Greek lessons (all levels) Discounts on services and many extras All sorts of Cultural and Sports and Music events organised by the client.
