Job Description

*3rd shift position - This position requires open availability, with shifts ranging from 8pm - 8am, and is scheduled for 4 - 10 hour days/week, with work every other weekend.* What You'll be Doing: Support security efforts through access control, investigations and theft deterrence. Conducts hazardous emergency evacuation drills including tornado and fire drills. Thoroughly document Asset Protection activity within the case management system. Respond to emergency situations and make appropriate decisions. Conducts internal/external theft investigations. Maintain a safe work area and address/report safety concerns to leadership This job profile is not meant to be all inclusive of the responsibilities of this position; may perform other duties as assigned or required. What You Bring with You (Qualifications): Experience in Loss Prevention, Security or Military background is beneficial, but not required High School Diploma/GED required Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Flexibility to work all shifts. Provide excellent customer service with excellent follow through. Ability to lead and teach classes related to safety, orientation, evacuation and powered equipment operation. Strong investigative skills/techniques. Working knowledge or CCTV, access control and alarm devices. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Excellent computer skills - proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
