Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Chat Support Representative to provide real-time assistance to our clients during the US trading session. You will be responsible for handling inquiries via live chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide live chat support to customers, answering questions about our services Troubleshoot client issues and escalate technical problems when necessary Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions Accurately document interactions and update support tickets as required Collaborate with the support team to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

Must be based in South America (US timezone) Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills. Previous experience in live chat support in the finance industry or proptrading is required. Proficiency in Crisp (or similar chat support software). Stable internet connection and a reliable home office setup. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
