About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled and creative YouTube Video Producer & Editor to craft compelling visual stories that engage and grow our digital audience. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality short and long-form content and assisting with on-ground shoots. If you’re passionate about storytelling, editing, and YouTube trends—this is your stage. Key Responsibilities: • Edit engaging reels, short-form videos, ads, and long-form YouTube content. • Work with motion graphics, transitions, etc. to elevate video appeal. • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute impactful video ideas.. • Align video content with brand guidelines and current digital trends. • Optimize videos for multiple platforms: YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. • Keep up with the latest editing trends, transitions, and effects to keep content fresh and exciting. • Work closely with the Motion Graphics Designer and Thumbnail Editor to enhance video quality and engagement. Requirements: • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop. • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing styles for digital content. • Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, basic lighting setups, and shooting techniques. • Experience with color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. • A strong eye for visual aesthetics and current social media trends. • Proven experience (2–3 years) in video content creation, podcast production, or YouTube channel management. • Hands-on experience in video shooting, scripting, editing, and post-production. • Capability to source and coordinate with external teams and equipment vendors when needed.
