Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. 7. Knowledge of geography, airlines, hotels, and travel destinations preferred. 8.
