As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will help streamline our operations and improve efficiency. Responsibilities • Enter and update data accurately into our database and spreadsheets. • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies. • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings. • Generate reports and summaries for management as needed. • Support the team in maintaining an efficient workflow and office environment. • Collaborate with other departments to gather and input necessary information. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection standards. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administrative assistance is a plus. • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or Administrative Assistant. • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders. • Familiarity with data protection principles and confidentiality practices.
