Drop-shipping VA (Walmart Account)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our Walmart marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product sourcing for two-step dropshipping, with a focus on items with next-day delivery and a good return policy. Key Responsibilities: • Product sourcing for two-step dropshipping, ensuring items have next-day delivery and a favorable return policy. • Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. • Exhibit respect and loyalty in all professional interactions. • Lead and manage other employees, with the ability to hire and expand the team for more listings. • Present a comprehensive method for finding new suppliers during the interview. • Utilize technology effectively, with a strong emphasis on being tech-savvy. • Have overall knowledge of Walmart's marketplace and other marketplaces. • Experience with Buybox strategies and relevant software is a plus. • Proficiency in Google Sheets is required. Proven experience in product sourcing for two-step dropshipping. • Ability to show previous history in product hunting for two-step dropshipping during the interview. • Fluent English speaking skills. • Demonstrated experience in the field. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and expand a team. • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of relevant tools and software. • Knowledge of Walmart's marketplace and other marketplaces is a plus. • Experience with Buybox strategies and software is a plus. • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
