Collaborate with store management to identify and address any areas of vulnerability. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Utilize strong attention to detail to accurately identify and report any discrepancies or suspicious activity. Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times. Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest security protocols and procedures. Continuously strive to improve the store's shortage control measures. Follow all safety and security guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
