Experience in Information Technology (IT) demonstrating attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem-solving skills. , ? For GS-7: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-5 or one year of graduate education in a related field. , ? For GS-9: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-7 or a master's degree in a related field. , ?
