Hiring Dance Instructors for Local Center - Immediate Openings! We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced part-time dance instructors to organize, lead, and teach dance classes in a fun and supportive environment. Instruct and guide participants of all skill levels, ensuring a positive, inclusive experience. ? Ensure the safety and well-being of participants by adhering to safety protocols, monitoring activities, and handling emergencies as necessary. ? Maintain dance equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used properly and safely. ? Promote class participation through outreach efforts, marketing, and community engagement. ? Prepare reports, maintain attendance records, and complete necessary documentation related to incidents, program updates, and other relevant data. ? Perform additional duties as needed to support the facility?s programs. Skills and Requirements: ? Must be at least 18 years of age. ? High school diploma or GED required. ? Must obtain First Aid, CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. ? Dance Certification or equivalent certification for dance instruction ? Minimum of six (6) months of formal dance teaching experience or equivalent education and experience to perform the duties of the role. ? A passion for dance and helping others develop their skills.
