Job Description

The Benefits Administrator Assistant will serve as secondary service contact for the Account Manager and act as support for the benefits department. Key responsibilities include: ? Assisting with annual renewal process, census preparation, open enrollment, and new business implementation. ? Drafting, constructing, and reviewing reports for customer/prospect presentations including demographic and financial analysis. ? Maintaining effective information management between Account Manager, Producer, and Carrier through all applicable means of communication. ? Ensuring all applicable data is accurate and files maintained in the Benefits Account Management (BAM) System. Required Skills and Qualifications ? High School diploma or equivalent. ? Computer literate and proficient with MS Office Suite and DocuSign. ? Exceptional telephone demeanor. ? Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
