Job Description Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective collaboration.
