Digital Media Application Support Engineer – Job Posting Location: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Are you passionate about cutting-edge digital media and innovative technology? We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Media Application Support Engineer to join our project team at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport! This position will be with one of Synect Media's trusted subcontractors, but you’ll work directly with Synect Media's team to support our innovative digital media installations and projects at the airport. You’ll collaborate with Synect Media’s professionals on high-profile projects, gaining exposure to groundbreaking digital experiences in one of the busiest airports in the world. At Synect Media, we specialize in creating extraordinary digital experiences, from smart spaces to dynamic video walls and digital signage. We design custom content and interactive solutions that scale seamlessly across locations, pushing the boundaries of multimedia installations. What You'll Do: • Provide hands-on support and maintenance for large-scale digital signage and video wall environments. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure smooth operations. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative multimedia solutions. • Create and maintain detailed technical and training documentation. • Manage competing priorities effectively and provide timely solutions. • Continuously expand your knowledge and adapt to new technologies in an ever-evolving field. What We're Looking For: • Proficiency in IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, Windows, and Office 365 platforms. • Ability to isolate issues, identify root causes, and independently implement solutions. • Strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage confidently with clients and teams. • Positive and proactive approach to working with clients and colleagues. • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 3+ years of experience in IT support, digital media, or system administration. Preferred Skills: • Experience with digital signage systems for content deployment and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON for optimizing and customizing digital media content.
