Role Overview This position requires a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, providing top-notch care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need: A current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice. CPR certification. IV certification if required by state regulations. A high school diploma or equivalent. Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body as per CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system. BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation. At least one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
