About the position The Overnight Personal Shopper at Kroger is responsible for efficiently filling customer orders in a fast-paced Fulfillment Center environment. This role emphasizes quality control throughout the inbound, outbound, and dispatch areas, ensuring that customer orders are accurate and meet operational standards. Responsibilities • Seamlessly fill customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center. , • Ensure the quality of customer orders within inbound, outbound, and dispatch operational work areas. , • Achieve productivity goals and targets. , • Flex between various operational roles throughout the inbound, outbound, and dispatch work areas. , • Resolve any minor production-related issues or request assistance from Leadership as needed. , • Follow quality and accuracy guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience and accurate orders. , • Comply with all operational processes within the work area to drive efficiency. , • Follow all safety and food safety processes and guidelines, reporting any defective equipment or health and safety concerns. , • Provide recommendations to Leadership to encourage best practices and continuous improvement. Requirements • Excellent oral/written communication skills. , • Flexibility to job assignment/schedule changes. , • Ability to read and understand basic numerical data. , • Ability to meet operational targets and performance goals. , • Basic computer/operational systems skills.
