Referee Company: Dynasty Sports Officiating DFW surrounding Areas (Frisco Dallas Mansfield Arlington Ft Worth) Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per (DOE) (Based on Sport) Job description: Referee (Soccer, Baseball, Softball and Volleyball) Hiring for this upcoming Spring Season. Looking for an experienced referee with weekday and weekend availability. We officiate youth ages 3-14. This is a high tempo job. You will be on your feet around large crowds. You must stay posed. Requirements Must be on time 15-20 min. prior to game start times. Good judgement and decision-making skills. Professionalism Knowledge of sporting event rules Attention to detail. Wear the correct attire and equipment. Per-Game Management and equipment checks. The referee will manage the flow of games from start to finish. The referee will be vocal and keep open communication with players and coaches. Must be able to remain calm and rational in emotionally charged situations while being able to make decisive and firm rulings. Must be 15 years of age or older. Preferably at least 1 year of experience.
