About the position The Call Center Agent position at AnswerNet involves providing high-level customer service solutions remotely. Agents will be responsible for making outbound calls, documenting customer interactions, and maintaining integrity while adhering to company policies. This role requires a customer-oriented approach and the ability to handle various tasks related to customer support and sales. Responsibilities Make consistent outbound calls specific to assigned programs or projects. , Document all customer interactions using provided tools. , Upsell products and services to customers. , Set appointments in a business-to-customer format. , Maintain a working knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions. , Perform data capture and entry tasks. Requirements At least one year of actual Call Center experience with an automatic dialer and call scripting. , A clear, professional, and friendly voice. , High-level people skills and active listening skills. , Strong communication skills. , Outstanding attendance and punctuality. , High school diploma or GED. , Basic computer skills and computer literacy. , Experience in an outbound environment.
