As a Front Desk Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling various clerical tasks, answering phones, preparing bids, coordinating with customers and other stores via email, and confirming shipment details with customers before delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents. • Maintain accurate and organized records to ensure smooth office operations. • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate department or individual. • Offer professional and friendly assistance to callers, resolving inquiries or transferring calls when needed. • Bid Preparation and Sending: Assist in the preparation of bids and quotations for potential customers. • Send out bids and follow up with customers to ensure receipt and address any questions or concerns. • Manage and respond to emails promptly, maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and other stakeholders. • Coordinate with other stores to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
