Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients current coverage and identify potential gaps. Product Presentation: Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and premiums clearly to help clients make informed decisions. Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and expand your knowledge of insurance products and agency operations.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus. Licensing: Must obtain the required state insurance licenses within a specified time frame. Sales Aptitude: Strong interest in sales with a customer-focused mindset. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
