About the position The Credit Servicing Specialist II role at Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank, is a hybrid position focused on ensuring accurate servicing and funding of existing loans. This position acts as a liaison between the front office and operations teams, interpreting servicing requests for various loan types and providing essential information to the Operations teams. The role requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities • Aids the front office in completing client account inquiries for existing loans. , • Submits required information to Operations teams regarding advances, interest rate changes, etc. , • Creates performing interest rate calculations, pulls statements, submits payoff letters/quotes, and completes loan closures. , • Conducts loan research within the loan onboarding systems. , • Participates in meetings, trainings, projects, and other duties as assigned by management. Requirements • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of related professional experience in banking/financial services or customer service, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of related experience. , • Strong verbal and written communication skills. , • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications. , • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Nice-to-haves • Associate Degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience. , • Knowledge of basic banking policies and procedures. , • Knowledge of production environment.
