In the Algerian Hub, our goal is to offer a secure and flexible profitability framework to allow our operational teams to focus on growth. This involves effectively managing our investments (technology, human resources…) and steering our growth in new markets.

What will be your role:

The Business Analysis team helps all General Managers make their market grow. The Lead Africa Business Analysts supports the Regional Africa Manager in defining and executing strategic initiatives across multiple markets. You will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Business Analysts in analyzing data, setting business strategies, and ensuring optimal market growth.

What will you do?

As the Lead Africa Business Analysts, your goal will be both to support and challenge the Regional Africa Manager while leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts.

The main pillars of your scope will be:

Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high performance, knowledge sharing, and skill development.

Marketplace Analysis: Digging into all our internal metrics and ensuring your team applies rigorous data analysis methodologies.

Growth Strategy: Defining and developing our growth plans and experiments in collaboration with the Regional Africa Manager.

Competition Intelligence: Overseeing competitive analysis across multiple markets, ensuring that strategic insights are shared with leadership.

Recommendations: Providing actionable recommendations to optimize growth and scalability across African markets.

Best Practices & Methodologies: Setting business analysis frameworks, enforcing data best practices, and enhancing our analytical capabilities.

Does it sound like you?

3 to 5+ years of experience in an analyst role with a strong foundation in data management and business strategy.

Previous experience leading a team or mentoring junior colleagues.

Strong programming skills in SQL and Python.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Looker.

Fluent in French and English.

Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Willingness to work hands-on and understand operational challenges at all levels.

Ability to work autonomously while fostering a strong team environment.

Bonus: Experience in the mobility sector and familiarity with Heetch.
