You will be involved in the following mission : Account Manager

Role

Taking care of our partners (L'Oréal, Weleda, MAM, Danone, Petit Bateau, etc.) to help them achieve their objectives and create a relationship that is as close as it is effective.

Missions :On-boarding & partner follow-up:

Drafting and sending on-boarding piges to ensure compliance of operations ;

Taking part in kick-offs (campaign launches);

Monitoring partner campaigns (performance and output);

Answering questions about online tools;

Send campaign performance reports;

Support the Sales teams during campaign reviews;

Carry out campaign reviews;

Maintaining day-to-day commercial relations.

Familiar with the vocabulary of digital marketing (impression, reach, engagement, CPM, etc.)

At ease with figures (you'll be responsible for understanding campaign performance and explaining it to partners);

Enjoys customer contact;

Caring;

Experience in an agency or ad network is a plus.
