DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize and manage legal documents and electronic files.

·

Assist in preparing reports and responding to requests for legal assistance.

·

Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.

·

Coordinate tracking of program deliverables and prepare summaries, communications, reports, and presentations.

·

Support the creation and maintenance of legal documents, including precedents, checklists, action plans, and job aids.

·

Review and advise on agreements, such as NDAs, MSAs, and other legal documents.

·

Drafting, proofreading and filing legal documents.

·

Establish, implement, and improve legal administrative procedures.

·

Support ad hoc analysis, projects/tasks or other activities as assigned.

·

Handle sensitive/confidential information while minimizing legal risk.

·

Provide executive-level administrative support to the General Counsel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·

A minimum of two or more years of experience as a legal admin, law clerk, or paralegal.

·

Strong organizational and time management skills.

·

Exceptional attention to detail.

·

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·

Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·

Ability to perform legal research and effectively use document management software.
