Rate paid in PHP: 18,000 Base + 6,000 KPI Bonus

• Extensive Experience in high volume Hiring
• Handling all the positions from Entry Level to Sr. Level positions (technical and non-technical roles).
• Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, contacts, references, social media, etc.
• Screening prospective candidates through telephonic, and Video Interviews.
• Conducting the initial rounds of the interview and shortlisting the candidates.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Processing candidates for a Job offer and endorsing for the onboarding process

• 1-2 years of experience in BPO Recruitment (volume hiring)
• Excellent English communication skills - written and oral.
• Must have experience in scaling up and meeting the volume quickly.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
