Position Summary Assist prospective members via phone, chat and/or email. Telesales agents will help prospects navigate through our website as well as answer questions regarding Medicare eligibility and benefits. Guide prospects on how to self enroll. Complete enrollments via phone for those who are unable to do so online. Responsibilities Assist prospective members via phone, chat, and/or email. , Help prospects navigate through the website. , Answer questions regarding Medicare eligibility and benefits. , Guide prospects on how to self-enroll. , Complete enrollments via phone for those unable to do so online. Requirements High level of comfort with online/website navigation. , Valid license to sell healthcare plans. , Minimum of 2 years selling Medicare plans in a telesales environment. , Ability to pass AHIP exam on an annual basis in addition to required carrier certifications. , Adhere to all CMS compliance regulations. Nice-to-haves Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
