• 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience.

• Proven track record of filling in vacancies for different roles.

• Proficiency in conducting competency-based/performance-based interviews and other selection methods.

• Hands-on experience of using various recruitment channels and sourcing techniques

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Drive for result and ability work independently.

• Excellent communication, listening and persuasion skills

• Curiosity and growth mindset.

• Full cycle of recruiting from sourcing to negotiating offers.

• Deeply understand our products/business and build strong working relationships with the management team and hiring managers.

• Fill positions of various levels independently and with the help of your team.

• Work with hiring managers to define and clarify hiring needs as well as to build a successful sourcing strategy.

• Proactively building strategic talent pools for critical roles by utilizing various recruiting and sourcing strategies

• Guide candidates through the hiring processes.

• Work a lot on marketing, product, and design roles.
