E-Commerce Business Analyst

Description: • Brilliant Earth is hiring a hands-on Ecommerce Business Analyst. • Key role in automating and building processes for scalability and growth. • Responsible for developing quantitative analyses to drive business decisions. • Create workflows and customize reports, searches, and forms. • Communicate directly with internal teams and contracted developers. • Drive and QA automation projects to streamline operational processes. • Analyze and optimize business workflows. • Own and maintain integrations for various MarTech solutions. • Develop and update Process Flows and documentation. • Create and execute test plans for solution functionality and quality. • Lead project scoping, scheduling, and execution. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or technology. • A BA degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred. • Strong understanding of Ecommerce (Shopify preferred) and business operations. • Experience with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM software and integrations preferred. • Background in quantitative analysis or retail operations is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented and highly organized. • Strong project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
