• Medical Benefits offered Job Responsibilities: • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including: Meal Preparation/Diet/Eating, Light Housekeeping, DressingMobility, Personal hygiene, Medication reminders, Transportation as needed, Provide safety, oversight and supervision of clients to ensure their ability to continue to live at home. • Is responsible, respectful and cooperative with patients/families, supervisors, fellow employees • Maintains friendly working atmosphere • Maintains appropriate attitude • Maintains appropriate appearance • Accepts constructive criticism as evidenced by appropriate changes in behavior • Utilizes established channels of communication • Recognizes limitations and seeks assistance appropriately • Follows agencies policies and procedures Qualifications: • Must have NYS certification for PCA or HHA's • Work Authorization required • Meets NYS health requirements • Recent physical • Two References • Positive and compassionate attitude • Drivers License or reliable transportation is required • Hoyer lift experience a plus- but we will train!
