M&A Accounting Operations Senior Accountant - Revenue Recognition

Description: • The M&A Accounting Operations team supports company-wide strategic initiatives. • The Senior Revenue Analyst will report to the M&A Accounting Operations Senior Manager. • Support revenue operations for all mergers and acquisitions in addition to traditional accounting tasks. • Responsibilities include analyzing accounting, reporting and process implications. • Prepare monthly journal entries for M&A revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable. • Responsible for the preparation of quarterly audit schedules. • Support companywide projects for revenue accounting. Requirements: • CPA license • At least 3 years of experience; combination of public accounting and industry experience preferred • "Self-starter" with outstanding analytical, communication, technical skills and a can-do attitude • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently • Experience with monthly and quarterly close activities, account reconciliations, problem resolution, audit schedule preparation and working with external and internal auditors • Experience performing contract analysis under ASC 606- Revenue from Contracts with Customers • Documenting accounting conclusions under ASC 606- Revenue from Contracts with Customers • Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Rev Pro etc.) Benefits: • From health and financial benefits to time away and everyday wellness, • we give Autodeskers the best, so they can do their best work.
