We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Global Payroll Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and support to our clients on best practices and current trends in global payroll management. This individual will have a deep understanding of payroll regulations and compliance across various countries and will work closely with clients to optimize their payroll processes and ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Consult with clients to assess their current payroll practices and identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Develop and recommend tailored global payroll strategies to meet clients' unique needs and objectives. • Provide guidance on payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws in multiple countries to ensure clients maintain legal and regulatory compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to provide comprehensive solutions for clients, including HR, finance, and tax specialists. • Stay up-to-date on global payroll legislation, trends, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings and maintain industry expertise. • Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and webinars on global payroll topics to educate clients and industry professionals.
