About the position The Program Manager for Training & Development at First Citizens Bank is a remote role focused on planning, organizing, and executing project management training programs. This position is responsible for creating and facilitating courses, ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Project Office standards, and serving as a subject matter expert in project management content. The role emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement and adaptation to industry best practices to enhance the development of associates and contractors. Responsibilities • Develop and deliver First Citizens Bank (FCB) project management training programs in compliance with the Enterprise Project Office (EPO) standards to employees and contractors , • Produce and update course materials, including audio/visual presentations, example templates, and quick access trainings , • Assess learner and management needs and customize training programs accordingly , • Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement measures , • Monitor and evaluate trainees' development , • Create and maintain records of training activities , • Develop and implement tests to assess learners' understanding and progress , • Stay up to date with changes in project management best practices and trends , • Provide feedback to management on training outcomes , • Participate in professional development activities to stay current with EPO standards and industry trends Requirements • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years experience in Project Management or Program Management , • High School Diploma with 12 years experience in Project Management or Program Management Nice-to-haves • Experience in working within the First Citizens Bank Project Management Standards , • PMP, CSM, CSPO and/or SAFe Certifications , • Experience in common Project Management Tools such as Clarity, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint , • Working knowledge of First Citizens Bank Policies and Standards regarding Project Management delivery , • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies , • Project Management Budgeting and Financial Management , • Project Management Risk Management , • Project Management Change Management , • Project Management Stakeholder Management , • Communication Skills specific to Training , • Planning and Organization , • Quality Assurance , • Process Improvement Benefits • Comprehensive benefits program for full-time associates (20+ hours) , • Customized offerings designed to support families Apply Job!
