Director of Retail Banking Operations

We are looking for a Director of Retail Banking Operations to join WisdomTree Prime. You will report directly to the Head of Operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and scale our banking services. Success in this role would be achieved by: • Oversee money movement, debit card and retail payments operations in U.S. • Oversee key related vendors and partners related to the above services • Monitor WisdomTree Prime customer activity • Collaborate with Product team on the product roadmap, ensuring that new product features take into account operational considerations • Collaborate with Customer Service, Compliance, Risk and Finance teams to ensure smooth back-end operations • Design and implement fraud mitigation strategies in collaboration with other functions • Contribute to leadership and culture of the business unit and build engagement across the broader firm Experience and required skill set: • 7-10 years of experience in retail financial services, payments, or fintech operations. • Experience with money movement solutions (ACH, debit card programs, international transfers) and related vendor management. • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk and Finance teams. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing customer experience while managing operational risks. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Familiarity with regulatory considerations in retail payments and money movement. • A self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. $150,000 - $175,000 a year The base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $175,000. In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as location, role, company, department, experience and individual performance.
