Focus 5 Responsibilities: • Communication with Insurance: Produce and refine estimates, ensuring clear understanding of costs and prices. • Adjuster Collaboration: Maintain documentation, negotiate effectively, and support claims through legal processes if necessary. • Homeowner Liaison: Explain the insurance claim process to homeowners and guide them to facilitate claim payments. • Claim Management: Enhance internal processes for efficiency, maintain detailed records for compliance, and oversee the status of insurance contracts. • Team Collaboration: Ensure smooth project completion by communicating effectively with the team, meeting deadlines, and reporting on project progress.
