Retrieve and review medical records from various healthcare providers to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of medical records retrieval. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to obtain necessary medical records and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure HIPAA compliance and protect the privacy of our members' medical information. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and accurate retrieval of medical records. Utilize electronic medical record systems and other relevant technology to efficiently retrieve and review medical records. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all medical records retrieval activities. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the medical records retrieval process. Provide exceptional customer service to our members and healthcare providers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Stay informed about industry updates and changes in medical record retrieval processes and procedures to continuously improve performance and quality of work. Adhere to company guidelines and standards to meet productivity and quality goals. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest new strategies to increase efficiency and accuracy in medical records retrieval.
