Loan Servicing Representative

Sun West is a nationwide full-service mortgage lender with 40 years of experience and is proudly family-owned. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will act as the liaison between our company and our family of homeowners. A successful candidate must be able to grasp new concepts quickly, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and take pride in seeing tasks through to completion. Room for advancement!!! $20.00 to $25.00 per hour Responsibilities: • The ideal candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for effectively solving complex customer service issues while delivering best in class service regarding home mortgage loans Qualifications: • Customer Service • Call Center experience • Collection experience is a plus • Mortgage experience is a plus • Bilingual - Spanish is a plus Requisite Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication • Active listening • Excellent time management • Identify and assess customer's needs • Provide accurate, valid and complete information • Ability to comprehend and follow directions • Computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems • Ability to multi-task and remain focused • Document clear and concise comments • Accept and apply constructive feedback Note: This position has the option to work remotely or from the corporate office located in Cerritos, CA.
