Many of our long-term employees started in this position and have successfully progressed into management roles over the years. Key Qualifications: - Strong willingness to work and consistently show up on time - Excellent organizational skills - Keen attention to detail - Proficiency in both verbal and written English Responsibilities (to be taught): - Perform general computer tasks - Handle standard office duties - Provide professional and friendly customer service Compensation and Benefits: - Pay will be commensurate with your abilities and will increase as you acquire new skills and knowledge. - Merit-based increases in wages are available from the moment you join our team. - As you progress and master tasks such as the filing system, order software, shipping procedures, etc., you will receive skill-based pay increases. - Within your first year, there is an opportunity to work your way up to a 25% wage increase. - After one year of employment, you will be eligible for paid vacation time. - On-the-job training will be provided to support your growth and development. - Comp time will be available after six months of employment.
