About the position As a Part Time Associate IT Client Support Specialist with HCA Florida Capital Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to end users within a 24/7 contact center environment. This position involves handling basic incident resolution and requests reported to the IT Service Desk for all HCA organizations. Your responsibilities will include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests related to application software products and infrastructure components. In this position, you will be expected to provide technical support to end users, which includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing end user systems.
