HEDIS Data Analyst

Equity Staffing is searching for a HEDIS Data Analyst for a 100% remote position. Our client serves more than 85 million people and has a reputation for bold ideas. If you enjoy working with energetic people in a collaborative environment, we want to speak with you! Summary: Helps develop reports for Medicaid HEDIS operations in support for P4P incentives. Job Responsibilities: • Working with business analysts on requirements. • Develop dashboards. • Optimize queries for reporting. • Potential light ETL (Extraction Transformation and Load). • Ability to work independently and problem solve. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED • 3-5 years SQL experience, • 3-5 years working with data visualization tools (such as Tableau). • 1-2 years experience with PowerBI. • Ability to work on multiple priorities at a time. • Experience with Medicaid quality - preferred • Experience with Medicare STARs - preferred • Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud databases - preferred Equity Staffing Group is one of the fastest growing Native American owned staffing companies in the United States.
