We take in working with our telecommunication clients, providing our Customer Support Associates with opportunities to participate in community outreach, and have a supportive management staff dedicated to the development of our Customer Support Associate team. Responsibilities as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate: • Communicate clearly with customers while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed to ensure customer satisfaction • Properly prepare for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings • Engage in the sales process with each customer from start to finish for a clear and efficient close on the sale, increasing company profit margins • Professionally represent our clients driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction • Develop effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins • Educate consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family • Efficiently navigate order entry system and schedule dates as necessary Requirements as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate: • Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations is a plus • Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion • Enthusiasm for making a difference in consumer's lives • Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a member of a team • Highly persuasive, customer-centric, courteous, self-disciplined, and honest work ethic • Unrivaled interpersonal skills with the ability to overturn objections and close any sale Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • On-the-job training • Professional development assistance Shift: • Day shift Ability to Relocate: • Alameda, NM: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Apply Job!
