About the job Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing - Part Time This position provides services to the Construction Department.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Responsible for processing all invoices in INFOR. • Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating and routing as needed. • Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval. • Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed. • Assist Admin Office Manager as needed with various duties. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office.
