Employer Industry: Equipment Rental and Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity • Salary up to $75,000 annually • Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees • 401(k) plan with company match • Generous paid time off (PTO) plus company-paid holidays • Opportunities for career and professional development • Engaging company culture with events, wellness challenges, and community volunteering initiatives What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for high-volume non-exempt and exempt positions across various branches • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their departments and job specifications • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates using innovative recruiting strategies • Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from preparation to offer negotiation • Ensure compliance with legal standards in recruiting practices What Is Required (Qualifications) • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the construction or operations industry • Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person) • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field preferred How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience in recruiting exempt sales roles in the construction industry or similar operations sectors • Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods including Boolean searches • Ability to travel when required (less than 10%) #Recruitment #TalentAcquisition #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #ProfessionalDevelopment "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
